One of the ways in which it can be helpful to go through the process of healing is to have a space to voice it. Sharing experiences, supporting one another and uplifting the voices of the BIPOC/2SLGBTQIA+ community is in it of itself pleasure. It is a pleasure to be heard, to be listened to, a pleasure to be validated, to be witnessed, a pleasure to be loved by a spiritual community, and so much more.

If you have been told that your trauma has made you a stronger person today - NO it hasn't! This comes from the colonial internalized racial oppression mindset.

YOU are the reason you are a strong person. YOU made the choice to get through diffiicult times and survive. YOU made that choice on your own. YOUR CHOICE MATTERS. YOU MATTER!

It can be transformational to read stories and experiences that help us feel valid, that help to provide insight. A space for you. This page is a sacred safe space to uplift pleasure voices for the BIPOC/2SLGBTQIA+ community.

If you are part of the BIPOC/2SLGBTQIA+ community (a non-white person) this space is for you.

People of Color deserve to be heard. Poeple of Color have many experiences of significance. The good and the bad experiences. Perhaps something you were shamed for or not shamed for, an experience you overcame, or a moment that was something difficult or joyous. A trauma big or small, maybe a transformation, or some kind of release.

Your experience can provide insight for yourself as well as others. This is a non-judgemental safe container for you to share anonymously.

Your Voice Is Valid!
