All orders shipping from the Oakland, CA location are shipped via the United States Postal Service. All custom orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS, DHL and others.
Discreet packaging with all orders shipped in plain packaging. If ordering multiple products they might come in different packages on different dates. You will be able to track your package(s) once the order(s) have shipped.
Regards to processing time, all orders shipping from the Oakland, CA location will be processed (not shipped) in 1 to 4 business days from the day you place the order. Some custom orders may take longer. Please read individual shipping details found on each item description. If there are no details regarding shipping then the order ships from Oakland, CA.

Oakland Local Order Pickup
If you are local to Oakland, CA and surrounding areas you may choose to pick up your order at Embodied Pleasures in Oakland, CA. Choose the appropriate option at check out. You will only be able to pick up products that are physically in stock at the Oakland, CA location. All other products will be shipped from the other Wearhouse and you will receive shipping information via email.
Please note, it is required to make an appointment to collect your order. There are no walk-ins available. Please do not come if you do not have an appointment. The office is not open to the public and no one will answer the door unless you have an appointment. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a day/time to collect your order. Please bring your email order confirmation. Masks are required. There is a free private parking lot directly behind the building. Again, please make sure to make an appointment to collect and pick up your package. Allow 2 - 4 days for processing. However, if you would like your order in less than 2 days please ask via email at email@example.com to request rush processing. Weekday pick up available hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the nature of our products and our business we do not offer returns or refunds.
